Sorting Hat Ceremony

DSCN0066On Friday, our new Junior School girls enjoyed the traditional ‘Sorting Hat’ ceremony to determine which of the four school houses they would go into. Each pupil is now part of either Maryflowre, Speedwell, Discoverer or Seabreake.

Each girl will represent their House on several different occasions throughout the academic year.

These events, which include House Football, Music, Dance, Poetry, Maths, and Cross-country competitions, are always great fun and allow the girls to forge friendships across the year groups.
