This prestigious award comes from the Geographical Association (GA), a body which actively promotes excellence in geography by supporting primary and secondary teachers, academics, geography undergraduates, colleges, universities, libraries, societies, museums and businesses across 61 countries.   The Centre of Excellence status was awarded to the team at Redmaids’ High in recognition of the way they have exceeded expectations across a number of criteria.
