Vaccine catch-up centres set up by Redmaids' High alumna | Redmaids' High School
Yesterday, a team from Year 9 won the first-ever Bristol Youth Speaks Intermediate Competition run via Zoom.
The girls debated the motion: “This House believes that History should be compulsory at GCSE” and the team consisted of Amber as the Proposer, Erin as Chair and Mia who opposed the motion.
As a school we faced stiff competition but the girls performed with both confidence and flair, impressing the judges with their research and fluent rhetoric.
