A fun-filled day out on our Big Girl, Little Girl trip
Our girls (just like our staff!) love an adventure so we provide as much opportunity as we can to get them out and about.
On Friday our Year 3 and 4 girls headed out to the Mendips to enjoy a caving session with Mendip Outdoor Pursuits.
Once there, they discovered that Pierre's Pot is a tight squeeze even for a little one!
This particular cave was discovered in 1983 and has two main levels, the lower level being reached through an extremely tight rift. There is an also an active streamway and a number of narrow passages – not that our girls are fazed by any of that.
“We love caving!” they tell us and are already looking forward to another adventure this week.
