Girls from across the Junior School brightened up a January afternoon, as they performed with poise and confidence to an audience of parents, staff and peers.
There were solos, duets and even a group performance of Doe, Ray, Me – which the audience were also encouraged to get involved in.
As Mrs Browning at the Junior School said, "We have a really strong tradition of music and performance here.
“We currently have a number girls taking vocal lessons, and know how important it is for them to gain experience in front of a live audience. To that end, we host recitals, concerts and impromptu musical events throughout the year.
“This recital was also excellent practice for the ABRSM examinations that many of the girls are taking shortly.”
