The Junior School Art Department is proud to introduce a fabulous new addition.
Hathi the elephant, kindly named by Mrs McCabe, is an amazing 2.5m x 2.5m, mixed media artwork, which brings colour and sparkle to the school hall.
The project was led creatively by Year 3, who have enjoyed exploring exciting techniques and materials, including collage, printing, and textiles, to depict our magnificent creature as she strolls through her beautiful surroundings.
The vibrant patterns, sparkling jewels and glistening flowers were creatively produced by girls from Years 4, 5 and 6, to complete the scene in show stopping style.
