As Head Almoners here at Redmaids' High. we wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated items for [Care4Calais](https://care4calais.org/), a charity working to provide essential items for refugees in arriving in the UK and Calais.

We dropped off a school bus load full of donations (clothes, toys, shoes, coats, toiletries and a pram) last week. Care4Calais were extremely grateful and said all the items are in urgent demand.

The school community showed incredible generosity and we were delighted to be able to offer help to those who really need it.

If you didn't get around to donating, but would like to know more about how to help, the current list of items they need can be found [here. ](https://care4calais.org/documents/Priority-Items.pdf)

*Head Almoner is just one of the many leadership positions in our Sixth Form at Redmaids' High. To find out more about our Sixth Form, drop us an email:*
